The Vancouver Island Ingress Players Association (VIIPA) is an inclusive volunteer organization dedicated to the island’s Ingress Agents. They support the community via organizing public events, promoting Ingress regardless of in-game faction, and ensuring a safe open environment for all players without any forms of discrimination.
Here at VIIPA our aim is to foster positive cross-faction relations between agents, to work toward a respectful environment and fair play. The list below are our guidelines and we ask that all members adhere to them. We all make mistakes but together we can make a difference.
All members should behave in a respectful manner toward each other.
All members must play legitimately, no alts/spoofing/ or cheating of any sort will be tolerated.
Members should refrain from causing drama within the community or the game itself
The V.I.I.P.A. Executive Volunteers will be rotated every 1.5 months, term is 3 months per agent.
To be invited to V.I.I.P.A. Team to assist with running/planning events agents will need to be voted in. Agents simply need to let us know how they’d like to contribute and any skills that may be valuable to the team, then the vote is up for current team members for 3 days.
